The Problem
Privacy regulations differ by region. GDPR requires explicit opt-in before tracking. CCPA requires an opt-out mechanism. Google now requires Consent Mode v2 signals for EU user data.
Many Odoo stores either ignore consent entirely (risking fines up to 4% of global revenue), or implement blanket cookie banners that block all tracking for every visitor — destroying their conversion data even in regions where opt-in is not required.

Geo-aware consent modes
Automatically detect visitor location and apply the correct consent regime — GDPR opt-in for EU/EEA visitors, CCPA opt-out for California, and unrestricted for other regions.
Google Consent Mode v2
Full support for Google Consent Mode v2 signals (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization). Consent state is forwarded to all Google tags automatically.
Granular per-platform consent
Let visitors choose which platforms can receive their data. Consent preferences are stored on the Odoo contact record and respected by both browser and server-side events.
Cookieless fallback tracking
When consent is denied, odooPXL can still send privacy-safe, aggregated conversion signals using hashed and anonymized data that platforms accept for modeling.
