An event is any server-side conversion signal sent from your Odoo instance to an ad platform. Page views captured by the JavaScript tracker do not count toward your event quota.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the customer portal. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next cycle.
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% usage. Events over your limit are queued for up to 48 hours. You can upgrade your plan or purchase an event pack to release the queue. We never silently drop events.
Yes. Every paid plan includes the odooPXL Odoo module (licensed under OPL-1) for your chosen Odoo version (v16, v17, v18, or v19). The Free plan includes the module with limited feature access.
